Products and orders
We work to present accurate descriptions, images and prices, but display settings and ordinary errors can cause differences. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted when it is confirmed for fulfillment. Availability, applicable taxes, delivery charges and payment authorization can affect acceptance.
Delivery, returns and exchanges
Normal processing is 1–2 business days and estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days. Eligible defective and non-defective new items may be requested for return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Returns require approval before mailing, use the free prepaid label included in the parcel, and carry no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed or initiated within 10 days, with bank posting time additional. Full details appear in our Refund Policy.
Rights and changes
