Order preparation
After payment is authorized, we normally prepare orders within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Delivery within Canada
After dispatch, delivery is generally expected within 4–6 business days. Carrier conditions, holidays, severe weather and remote destinations can affect this estimate, so a specific arrival date is not guaranteed.
Address and tracking
Please review the delivery address before placing an order. Tracking information is provided when available. If a parcel is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged or is marked delivered but cannot be found, email utaqavo564@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details so the shipment can be reviewed.
