Thirty-day request window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Eligible non-defective items must be new, unused and in their original condition. We also assist with items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from their description.
Start a request first
Email utaqavo564@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and reason for the request. Photos or video may be requested for an item problem. Wait for approval and the confirmed return address before mailing anything back; the General mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.
Return method and label
Returns are sent by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel for an eligible approved return. If it is missing or lost, contact us for help. No restocking fee is charged. The enclosed label does not authorize an unapproved return.
Exchanges and refunds
Eligible exchanges are accepted subject to review and available inventory. Once a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
