When will my order ship?
Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days.
Can I return an unused item?
Yes. An eligible new, unused item may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery, including a change of mind or an incorrect selection. Approved returns are mailed back using the free prepaid label included in the parcel, and no restocking fee applies.
What if my ghd item has a problem?
Contact us about damage, defects, missing components, an incorrect item or a material difference from the description. Keep the packaging and relevant parts and provide photos or video when requested.
Are exchanges available?
Eligible exchange requests are accepted within the same 30-day delivery-based window, subject to review and stock availability.
How long does a refund take?
After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions can take additional time to post it.
